Every two years in February when the Texas Legislature is in session, FaithWorks hosts a Compassion & Justice Advocacy Day at the Texas Capitol.
The past two sessions, in 2023 and 2025, we've gathered at First Baptist Church in downtown Austin to learn about our issues and prepare for advocacy. Then we walk up the street to the Capitol for visits with our legislative offices.
